Thank you for your interest in Hebrew School of the Arts

Please see below for the registration process and our policies.  

Registration Process 

  1. New Students, please fill out an online application here. 
    Returning students, please fill out an online application here
     
  2. Pay the $50 deposit per child either by mailing a check to 
    The Ballantyne Jewish Center
    8632 Bryant Farms Rd.
    Charlotte, NC 28277

    or pay online
    here.   

  3. New Students/Families - If we have not done so already, we will set up a time to meet with you and your child/children

  4. Once all of these steps have been completed we will email you an acceptance letter along with orientation information and the school calendar.


    Registration and Tuition Policies 
      
  • Deposits and tuition are non-refundable.   
  • If you are unable to pay the tuition in full at the time of registration, a payment plan must be filled out. 
  • If you feel that you are unable to fulfill tuition obligations, please email a detailed scholarship request to info@JewishBallantyne.com
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to award scholarships for any registrations received after July 1, 2017.
